Cancellation policy
Covid-19
In these uncertain times, things are changing constantly and we will always do our best to ensure clear communication of any change of company policy. In the event that the Government forces us to close our studio doors again, a class pass will be credited to your Bookwhen account for you to use at a future date in the not too distant future.
Should you need to self isolate as a result of COVID and our minimum 24-hour cancellation policy has passed, then unfortunately Flight and Flow are unable to reschedule your pre-booked class or offer refunds. If your cancellation is made with more than 24 hours notice then we are happy to credit a class pass to your Bookwhen account for you to reschedule within 60 days subject to class availability.
If you are in any doubt at all whether or not to book a class or course, and will be looking for a refund in the event of a cancelled session, or the requirement to self-isolate, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK.
Class bookings
All of our classes are non-refundable. We have a minimum 24-hour cancellation policy for all of our classes to enable you to receive a credit for another class pass. You can manage your bookings via your Bookwhen Account up to 24 hours before your class time. Within 24 hours of the class, we cannot credit you. You are welcome to pass the class booking onto a friend, just please let us know who to expect at the class.
Workshops
All workshops are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a session you have booked, you are welcome to pass on the space to a friend - subject to them having the relevant experience. Just please let us know who to expect at the session.
Parties & Group Bookings
If your event is cancelled with less than 2 weeks notice, your payment is 100% non-refundable. If your event is cancelled with more than 2 weeks notice, 100% will be refunded.
